Jessica DeClercq
Jessica, originally from Alexandria, VA, first came to the Truckee/ Tahoe area in 2002. While she studied Philosophy and French in college, she found herself working at a commercial real estate company after graduation, and really took to the real estate environment.

Jessica was drawn to the Truckee/ Tahoe area by its natural beauty, its outdoor sports, and its recreational lifestyle. Soon after moving to California, Jessica began working as the Marketing Coordinator for Boice Countryside, Realtors. After two years in that field, she decided to start moving toward a salesperson position, and received her real estate license. Jessica joined the North Woods Group in September, 2005. She brings her marketing experience, her organizational skills and her enthusiasm to learn to the Group. Jessica resides with her husband, Jesse, in Tahoe City.Jessie serves as our group coordinator.

Bruce Watkins
Raised on Cape Cod, Massachusetts, Bruce grew up enjoying the benefits of a resort community and its distinct approaches to life. After obtaining a business degree and then graduate school, Bruce spent 17 years as a youth minister reaching out to and caring for young people.

Now as a Realtor, he brings these experiences, training, and values to real estate. Blending his knowledge of the revitalizing benefits of a resort community with a strong desire to give personal service, Bruce has his own unique style.

Bruce moved to the Tahoe area in 1984, resided in Squaw Valley for 14 years, and developed a passion for skiing. Now he lives in Tahoe Donner, a premier resort community of the Sierra, within walking distance of his office. He continues to enjoy the recreational activities of Tahoe, both summer and winter, while working full time as a successful real estate agent.

David Hipkins
David settled here in the High Sierra in 1984 after a career as an international IBM mainframe computer consultant. His clients have found that his technical aptitudes and excellent communication skills facilitate both smooth and efficient transactions, as evidenced by his repeat business and significant referral base. David applies expert local knowledge and experience, and takes pride in dealing with the myriad technical aspects of the selection of the best mountain properties for his clients.

A world traveler, David was attracted to the healthy Truckee lifestyle, and the opportunity to indulge his appetites for skiing and backpacking right out his own back door. David applies his energy and passion to both his work and play.

He and his wife Lynette have recently completed the building of their brand new home in Tahoe Donner.â„¢.

Dave Donnelly
Dave Donnelly joined Keller Williams Boice Realty after leaving the Jet Charter industry as a pilot. He brings the passion and hardworking attitude that he learned flying jets to the job of helping you with all of your real estate needs. As a resident of Truckee since 2000, Dave is focused on helping others to find their dream in the Truckee/Tahoe area.

Dave moved to Truckee for all of the outdoor activities. As an avid fly-fisherman, mountain biker and snow sports enthusiast, he found his home here in the high sierra.

Dave is a world record holder in the sport of skydiving and has traveled to events around the world. He has published articles and taught students from around the world. He has also done skydiving stunts for motion pictures and prided himself on pushing the limits of the sport.

Pete Griffin
Pete's love for family life and the great outdoors combined with his experience in delivering high customer service quality fits well within the service oriented field of vacation home real estate. Pete is a licensed Realtor with a primary focus on web based marketing. Pete has a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development and a Masters in Public Administration.

Pete his wife Judy, and their son and daughter have been associated with Truckee and Tahoe Donner since they discovered the area in the late 70's. Pete & Judy are now residents of Tahoe Donner â„¢ where they thoroughly enjoy their hobbies of cross country skiing, golf, hiking and fly fishing. David Wright
David Wright is a native Californian who moved to the Sierra from Santa Cruz. He was a founding member with North Woods Realty, the first office in Tahoe Donner back in '91. Being from the coast, his passions remain surfing, windsurfing, sailing his 34' sloop "SELKIE", Salmon fishing, SCUBA and free diving. A background in marine biology and a SCUBA instructor go with the territory. David served 4 years as a Carpenter's Apprentice, achieving his "Journeyman Card", then his General Contractor's License. As a contractor, he specialized in beachfront homes and Victorian renovations. He built a loyal clientele with his "Quality oriented attention to detail and superior customer service" reputation. That standard remains his banner as a Realtor. David is an avid backcountry skier, and an "A" team member of Tahoe Nordic Search and Rescue. Spring, summer and fall will find him hiking, mountain biking, golfing, fly fishing, kayaking, windsurfing and getting to his boat when time allows.

Bob attended the College of Marin and New Mexico State. He brings 27 years of business experience to the table. As a bank manger for 13 years, he focused on real estate finance and development. With Keller Williams Boice Realty, formerly Boice Countryside Realtors, for over 15 years, Bob has experienced every aspect of the real estate market.

Bob enjoys giving back to the community, and is an active member of the Optomist Club of Truckee.He is also an avid San Francisco Giant's fans and a golf enthusiast.
